Cancellation Policy

Work of Hart charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. This also includes clients who are late to their appointment. It is determined by the service provider, Tavia, if they can still take a client who is running late. Please text (210)417-6727 if running late.
